Ann Arbor, Michigan-August 27, 2008- A new line of jewelry designed by Matthew Hoffmann, founder of Hoffmann Jewelry Design, will be offered by Kris Keller at Ten Fine Jewelry located at 10 Nickels Arcade in Ann Arbor, MI (www.tenfinejewelry.com). These newest creations are inspired by Hoffmann's recent battle with a serious illness. He spent eight weeks in the hospital and since his recovery earlier this year Hoffmann has been compelled to continue his life's work. He has succeeded in translating this humanizing experience into innovative designs consisting of "God's Metal" gold with exotic colored gemstones, pearls, and sparkling diamonds.

Hoffmann commented, "The jewelry is so alive you will barely be able to hold it in your hands."

Hoffmann's reputation in Ann Arbor is that of an eccentric, yet gifted, jewelry designer. However many people do not realize that he struggles with bipolar disorder. This affliction is both a creative gift and a personal curse but Hoffmann takes what life gives him and creates beauty regardless of the odds. Some people may dismiss him as being insane, but his artistic genius cannot be denied. It is evident in each unusual piece he comes up with for his clients.
